In my opinion,Danny went beyond the extra mile to help us sell our parents' house. It was long journey, but he was very helpful, patient, and had many ideas and connections on how to prepare the house for listing. The only reason I gave a "Good" rating for Marketing plan was there were not open houses during the time that the house was on the market. Danny was also very skillful in negotiating the final price where both us and the buyer were happy with. I've also had the privilege of having Danny help us buy our house back in 1995. At that time, he also helped us to secure a price that met our budget and the house that had all the features we were looking for. Whether your're a buyer or seller, I would highly recommend Danny as your agent.
